These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at www.auraloomframework.com and any related products, services, content, communications, or scheduling systems (collectively, the “Website”).

By accessing our Website, purchasing our products, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

1. Eligibility & Use of Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website or purchase any products or services.

You agree to use this Website for lawful purposes only and not for any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

2. Products & Services

​

Whitco Consulting Group, LLC provides digital products and consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Digital products such as the AuraLoom Codex

  • Consulting services such as the Brandweaving Ritual

  • Strategy and clarity consultations such as Summon the Wizard

  • Scheduling and contact services

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change any product, service, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.

All purchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal or internal business use only.

3. Payments

​

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

By purchasing a product or service, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. Digital Products — AuraLoom Codex

​

Delivery

The AuraLoom Codex is delivered digitally immediately upon purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final except as stated under the Win Your Money Back Challenge below.

Win Your Money Back Challenge

You may qualify for a refund of your Codex purchase if you meet all of the following requirements:

  1. Purchase and apply the AuraLoom Codex to your business.

  2. Generate $97 above your usual monthly average within 30 days of purchase.

  3. Provide verifiable financial statements demonstrating the increase.

  4. Submit your request within 30 days of purchase for verification.

If approved, your refund will be issued either:

  • As a bank transfer, or

  • As a credit applied toward another AuraLoom purchase, at your choice.

Refunds are issued only upon successful verification. Failure to provide documentation or meet the requirements voids eligibility.

5. Consulting Services — Brandweaving Ritual

​

Booking Policy

  • All Ritual sessions must be booked in advance through the official scheduling system.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Session times are confirmed once payment is received.

  • No tentative holds are permitted.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • 72+ hours notice:
    You may reschedule or cancel with no penalty. Payment may be applied to a future Ritual or refunded in full.

  • 24–72 hours notice:
    You may reschedule once at no cost. Cancellations in this window are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours notice or no-show:
    No refunds will be issued.

Exceptions may be granted for true emergencies at our discretion.

Waitlist Policy

  • Waitlist spots are offered in order received.

  • You must confirm within 12 hours of notification or the slot will be released.

Brandweaving Money Back Guarantee

If Whitco Consulting Group, LLC fails to provide all promised deliverables within 24 hours of the Ritual onboarding call, you will receive a full refund.

No other refunds or discounts apply.

6. Consulting Services — Summon the Wizard

​

Booking

  • Full payment is required at booking.

  • Sessions are 60 minutes in duration.

  • Late arrival does not extend session time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 72+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule.

  • 24–72 hours notice: One free reschedule or 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: Session is considered delivered and non-refundable.

Waitlist

  • Waitlist spots must be confirmed within 12 hours of notification.

7. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

​

We make no guarantees regarding business, financial, or marketing results.

All information is educational and strategic in nature. Your results depend on your execution, market conditions, and business decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

​

All content, including but not limited to:

  • Frameworks

  • Branding systems

  • Ritual structure

  • Training materials

  • Documents

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Designs

is the exclusive property of Whitco Consulting Group, LLC and protected under U.S. intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whitco Consulting Group, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of the Website

  • Purchase or use of any product or service

  • Business or financial outcomes

  • Errors or omissions

All services and materials are provided “as is” without warranties.

10. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers for:

  • Payments

  • Scheduling

  • Website hosting

  • Email delivery

  • Analytics and advertising

We are not responsible for third-party service policies.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in Florida courts.
